• Order details — the delivery address, items, and order history needed to fulfil and support your purchases.
• Payment information — we currently accept cash on delivery (and bank transfer where offered). We do not collect or store card numbers. If you upload a bank-transfer slip, we store that image to confirm your payment.
• Technical data — basic device and log information, plus cookies and local storage used to keep you signed in and remember your cart.

• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To manage your account, saved addresses and wishlist.
• To respond to messages you send us.
• To protect against fraud and keep the store secure.

WinCart is intended for customers aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
