WinCart is a curated catalogue of genuine products. We describe and picture each item as accurately as we can; minor variations in colour or packaging can occur. Listings depend on availability and may change or sell out.

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We try to keep prices and details accurate, but if a genuine error appears we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund any payment made. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm.

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A confirmation message acknowledges we received it; the contract forms when we confirm and dispatch the items. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was wrong, or we suspect fraud — and will refund anything already paid.

We currently accept cash on delivery across the island, and bank transfer where offered (transfer the total and upload your slip; we confirm before shipping). Card and pay-in-3 options may be added later. We do not store card details.

We deliver to all 25 districts of Sri Lanka, usually within 2–5 days. Delivery is free on orders of LKR 25,000 or more, otherwise a flat LKR 450 applies. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by location and courier conditions.

• Products carry their manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
• Every item is covered by our genuine guarantee: verified authentic, or your money back.

If you create an account, keep your details accurate and your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Please use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, access it through automated means without permission, or misuse it to defraud us or other customers.

The WinCart name, content and design are owned by us or our partners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We provide the site and products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with the date above, is the one that applies.
